Areas we service
Our head office, workshop and stock are in Mount St John, Townsville. From here we service sites across Queensland and take on project work Australia-wide.
- North Queensland: Townsville, Mount Isa, Cloncurry, Dajarra, Cairns and Mackay.
- Central Queensland: Emerald, Clermont, Moranbah and Gladstone.
- South East Queensland: Brisbane, including cooling tower Legionella auditing.
- Interstate: Project work including desludging and dewatering in Tasmania, and mobile treatment with our Mobile Pure Water units anywhere in Australia.
What to include in your enquiry
The more we know up front, the faster we can quote. Where you can, include:
- Site location: town or site name, and any access or induction requirements.
- What you need: the service, for example reverse osmosis, cooling tower work, plant servicing or filtration consumables.
- Water source and volume: bore, dam, river, pit, tank or process water, and how much you need treated per day.
- Timing: your deadline, shutdown window or whether the problem is happening now.
- Documents: a recent water analysis, drawings, equipment nameplate photos or your purchase order. Water analyses are best sent through our water analysis form, which accepts file uploads.

Yes. Call (07) 4774 3607 and our team will discuss what is needed and when we can get to site. Breakdown callouts are available.
Can I visit your Townsville workshop?
Yes, during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Our workshop is in Mount St John, Townsville.
What details help you give an accurate quote?
Site location, the service you need, water source and daily volume, your timing, and any water analysis, drawings or equipment photos.
Do you work outside Queensland?
Yes. We are based in Townsville and take on project work across Australia, including recent desludging and dewatering in Tasmania.
